We’re an award-winning British commercial and music video production company based in London.
Bob Lawrie and James Studholme set up shop in 1985 with the vision of creating an animation studio with an unconventional approach. Since then, we’ve evolved into a live-action production company with animation, design and film craft sewn into our DNA.
Over the years we’ve gained a reputation for discovering and fostering new creative talent, and proudly launched the careers of many acclaimed directors. We’ve worked hard to become one of the most respected names in commercial production, consistently producing innovative, beautifully crafted and intelligent work.
We actively avoid any semblance of a "house style", striving to nurture a diverse group of directors who work across the advertising spectrum.
We’ve seen a few awards in our day but there is no use dwelling in the past, as our best work is still ahead of us.
Born in Copenhagen in 1978, Adam began his directing career creating various
short films and music promos. Adam has gone on to make acclaimed music
videos and commercials for major global brands, such as Superbowl
commercials for Coca Cola and Audi, plus several global campaigns for Nike,
Samsung, Volkswagen, Nissan, Dodge, Land Rover, Budweiser, and many more.
These have earned him several international awards and nominations, and
placed him in the top tier of commercial directors worldwide.
Aside from his commercial work, Adam has also created a body of fictional and
documentary work, and is developing a TV series put in development by David
Fincher, plus two feature movies in Los Angeles.
Additionally, Adam has had an extensive career in music. He’s the co-creator of
four albums, among them two soundtracks for feature films.
Since moving to Los Angeles in 2012, Adam has been repped by Blink in the
United Kingdom and Reset Content in the US for commercials.
